NMWF Expands with Opening of Las Cruces Office

January 8, 2018

For immediate release

LAS CRUCES: The New Mexico Wildlife Federation is excited to announce our official expansion into southern New Mexico with the addition of our newest office in the heart of downtown Las Cruces this week. Gabe Vasquez, Southern New Mexico Outreach Coordinator will be working out of this office full time.

Vasquez, who has been working and organizing in southern New Mexico for NMWF since the fall of 2016, has already made significant inroads protecting public lands and promoting sportsmen and women’s issues in the region. The opening of this office is a testament to the amazing work he’s accomplished in his time at the federation.

“Having a brick and mortar office will go a long way in promoting our work in southern New Mexico and our continuing work in Texas and Mexico,” said New Mexico Wildlife Federation Acting Executive Director Todd Leahy. “I’m looking forward to the next chapter in our organizing in southwest.”
