The New Mexico Wildlife Federation, in coordination with our partners at the National Wildlife Federation, the Colorado Wildlife Federation, and Trout Unlimited are excited to host the 2017 Upper Rio Grande Wildlife Connectivity Summit. Senator Martin Heinrich will be speaking and attending the summit this year, along with additional congressional staff.
Building off last year’s successful New Mexico and Colorado Natural Heritage Wildlife Doorways Workshop, the 2017 summit aims to support and increase cross-jurisdictional collaboration between local, state, federal, tribal, and nonprofit agencies.
